What to Expect After Closing

After your closing our Post Closing Department will email a copy of your closing documents to you within fourteen days.

  • Your deed will be uploaded for recording or delivered to the county clerk for recording.

  • A copy of your recorded deed and your title insurance policy will be emailed to you.
